- What is a Multi-Client Omnibus Survey?
It's like booking space on a commercial airline vs. owning a private jet. Several clients
contribute questions to a single survey, reducing the cost to each participant. Like a custom survey,
each client has full control over their own questions but not over the survey sample (see sample description below)
If you want to ask 5 or more questions and your target audience is the general US population aged 18+,
the CyberPulsetmOmnibus Survey is for you. If you need to survey a
different audience, ask us about custom Internet surveys.
- Sample Description - Whom do you survey in the Multi-Client Omnibus
We maintain a large database of consumers who have agreed to take surveys online. For each Omnibus we randomly select 1,000 adults 18 and over to participate. Each survey uses a
new sample of consumers. The sample is always composed of equal numbers of men and women in a
range of ages from 18 to 65+, representing a cross-section of the adult US population.
- How long before I receive the results?
NEW 3-DAY TURNAROUND!
Submit your questions by noon PST, and you'll receive Excel data tables three days later.
- How many questions can I include?
Minimum of 5 questions, no maximum.
- What about demograhic questions?
We include the following demographic questions in each survey at no additional cost:
What sort of report do I get?
We provide the following in an Excel document:
- Background information about how the survey was conducted
- Demographics of the survey sample
- Cross-tabulations of your questions with each of the 3 demographic questions
- A detailed analytic report is available at additional cost.
